Q: Where will AFP 2023 take place?
A: AFP 2023 takes place at the San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101.

Q: Will there be a virtual event for AFP 2022?
A: No, there will not be a virtual component for AFP 2023.

Q: What’s an AFP Insider? 
A: AFP Insiders are loyal conference attendees who have attended at least three out of the last six AFP Conferences. AFP Insiders get exclusive access to perks like:

Q: What is included in my registration fee?
A: A full conference registration includes:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to all roundtables and receptions, if eligible
  • AFP Membership (when you pay the non-member rate)
  • Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during the conference

    Q: What is the conference cancellation policy?
    A: AFP accepts only written cancellations to [email protected]. Membership is not refundable. There is no cancellation processing fee charge for AFP 2022. Only cancellations for AFP 2022 Philadelphia registrations purchased after November 1, 2021, and received by September 16, 2022, will receive a refund of the registration fee. If you qualified for corporate practitioner team pricing, there are no individual team cancellations because special team pricing was applied, but you can cancel your entire team until September 16, 2022. There are no refunds or credits for AFP 2022 Philadelphia cancellations received after September 16, 2022

    Q: What is the conference substitution policy?
    A: If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your company. Once a badge is picked up, the registration cannot be substituted. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a completed registration form by September 16, 2022, for AFP 2022 Philadelphia. There is no substitution processing fee charge for AFP 2022, but additional fees may apply based on the substitute's membership status. If you must substitute after September 16, 2022, do not send registrations to AFP - these will be processed onsite at one of the "Assistance" counters and all fees will apply.

    Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding registration?
    A: Please contact [email protected] or call 1.301.907.2862 and select 0 for the Customer Service department during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. ET Friday (closed on all U.S. federal holidays).

    Q: What should I do if I have an ADA request?
    A: If you have a disability and require special assistance, please update your event profile online to specify your needs at least two weeks before the event so that we may accommodate your needs. An AFP staff member will contact you with more information regarding your request.
